Outstanding Rose. maybe the best we have tasted this year from the South of France. Big, full, rich, and textural. Made from Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Grenache. Really an unbelievably full and flavorful rose that still retains its freshness. The grapes are from 35 year-old vines from Côtes de Provence area of des Maures -- between the Mediterranean Sea and the Maures massif, a few kilometers from Toulon and Saint-Tropez.
Domaine Saint Andre de Figuiere
2006 "Magali" Rosé -- $13.99
