August West 2005 Pinot Noir Graham's Vineyard

This is a small production project of Gary Franscioni, Howard Graham and winemaker Ed Kurtzman.  We tasted the `04 Pinot and could not wait for this to be released.  Trust me when I say we could not wait!  (Tanya).

This shows a rare combination of richness and delicacy.  Layers of plum and blueberry fruit that are supple, fleshy and complex.  This shows incredible balance and a long, luxurious finish.  Only 406 cases bottled.   - Limited

Belle Glos Pinot Noir Meiomi   Sonoma Coast

  Beautiful cherry notes on the nose as well as the palate add to the great balance between fruit, oak, and acid.  A very good example of Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir that shows how the coastal influence makes for excellent Pinot, rivaling those famous producers of Burgundy . 

Chasseur Pinot Noir Sonoma 

Lush, rich and full of pretty red fruit.  Layers of red cherry, raspberry and wildberry fruit along with a hint of nutmeg and supple oak coming through in the mid-palate, with a lively finish.  Winemaker, Bill Hunter, is one of Tanya's favorite Chardonnay and Pinot Noir producers.  Bill does an amazing job with texture and this Pinot shows it. Limited.  Only 200 cases made. Excellent!

Etude Pinot Noir Carneros 

Full-flavored, rich yet elegant, this offers layers of cherry, raspberry and strawberry with hints baking spices, sandalwood and mocha.  This is lush on the palate with good depth and definition and a long finish. This Estate Grown Pinot from the Carneros is simply beautiful.    Etude is one of the most heralded Pinot Noir makers in California .
